I'm starting to feel sorry for Minette...
Anyway, the last poll's winner was Painwheel. Even though at the time I posted another poll to decide the version of Painwheel that was gonna be drawn, the time I said stop. it was old Painwheel, and then later when I was done, reformed Painwheel lead the poll. So I drew normal Painwheel, but unmasked with her big grin. And also, I forgot to draw brushes so I drew the neon feathers instead.
Some of those feathers are trying to get in between her toes, but she's curling them a bit to tight. Think she wants the toes to be the last course, or there might be another reason. You tell me.

The spaces between her toes are probably her worst spot. If those feathers get between them, she'll start screaming.
